Every system. Every room. Documented, organized, and ready when you need it.

Nerdtrac deploys directly to your facility, physically tags every asset, and delivers a complete, verified equipment record — organized by room, system, and condition.

Untracked equipment is a liability you can't afford.

Most facilities don't have an accurate picture of what they own, how old it is, or what it would cost to replace. That gap creates real exposure — in insurance valuations, compliance audits, maintenance planning, and emergency repairs. Nerdtrac closes that gap with a single on-site engagement.

How It Works

Simple Process. Permanent record.

We come to you

We schedule an on-site visit and walk every room, closet, and mechanical space in your facility. No forms to fill out. No prep work required.

We tag and document everything

Every asset gets a durable barcode label and a complete data entry — make, model, serial number, condition, age, location, and estimated replacement cost. Captured in real time using our proprietary field software.

You get a complete equipment record

Delivered as a clean, structured report and CSV export compatible with IBM Maximo and leading CMMS platforms. Yours to use, update, and reference indefinitely.

Enterprise experience. Now available to any facility.

Nerdtrac’s founder spent years in the field executing asset tracking programs at some of the largest and most security-conscious facilities in the country — before building the same capability as an independent operation.

Built by someone who's done the work.

Michael Carty is the founder and lead assessor at Nerdtrac LLC. He spent years traveling the country executing large-scale asset tracking programs at DoD installations, Amazon fulfillment centers, major grocery chains, and hospital campuses. He built Nerdtrac to bring that same enterprise-grade process to facilities of any size — delivered personally, without the overhead of a large contractor.

Nerdtrac is based in the greater San Diego area and available for deployment throughout the United States and internationally.
